Un-Oaked -Pinque Chardonnay is naturally fermented in clean stainless steel, without the addition of oak, presenting a crisp and fruity, easy-to-drink chardonnay. Our wine's profile includes crisp citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, with a hint of fresh apple. Our chardonnay's new-world profile also includes some tropical notes of melon, pineapple and mango. The secondary malolactic fermentation creates a subtle buttery roundness, bringing a touch of caramel and honey.
